Discovery: The focus of this weekend is for the student to take time….. to be present with their breath whilst practising the postures and allow the possibility to discover something new.

A point that brings freshness to the body. In the same way that to hear birdsong in a urban noisy setting you need to relax and listen between the other ambient noises to catch this delight. So too with your body to release the noisy muscular tension and discover a different, light song within.

The discoveries we make in our own practice create the desire to continue our journey and make new observations of our landscape.

Vegetarian Soup & Fresh Bread will be available for lunch for a small cost. Mats are available but bring a blanket & belt.
There are only a limited number of places for this weekend, so early booking is advisable

The nearest Tube is Clapham North (Northern Line) Synchronicity is about a 5 min walk along Landor Road. Hubert Grove is just off Landor Road. Synchronicity is on the left into a Mews Building set back from the road. Pay & Display Parking on Saturday, No charge on Sunday. Pay & Display Parking finishes at 6.30 pm that includes Friday & Saturday only.
